ABOUT US
The Uptown Property and Community Association, a private non-profit organization, created in 2014 manages the Uptown Business District and its programs. The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that consists of property owners, business owners and community stakeholders.

The Uptown Business District is a property-based, Business Improvement District(BID) in the heart of North Long Beach, CA. The Uptown Business District is funded through property based assessments levied to property owners within its boundaries. All assessments collected are utilized to provide programs and services that benefit district property owners and businesses. The district is situated along Atlantic Ave. and Artesia Blvd. transportation corridors and is home to over 140 businesses.
Our Mission
We exist to make a difference in our community and showcase the business development in our city. All our efforts go into keeping the city clean, and helping businesses.
